Cancellation Policy

Cancelling orders placed with I Trust Mobile. Last updated: October 2026.

Request a cancellation any time before it ships

Sign in, open the order and tap “Request cancellation” while it is pending, confirmed or being packed. Choose a reason and add 1–5 photos or a short video supporting the request. Our team reviews it — usually within one business day — and the order is held, not shipped, in the meantime. Once approved, the order is cancelled and any amount you paid online is refunded automatically to the original payment method (usually 5–7 business days to show in your account). Before it ships

Prepaid: once approved, the full amount paid, including shipping, is refunded automatically.
Partial COD: once approved, the advance (and any balance you paid online) is refunded automatically.
Cash on delivery: nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Changed your mind? Withdraw the request from your order page while it is under review.
If the request is declined we tell you why and the order continues as normal; you can ask again while it hasn't shipped.

After it ships

Once the order is handed to the courier it can't be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery at the door, or — if the product is returnable — request a return after it arrives under our Return Policy. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

Good to know

Checked out as a guest? Sign in with the email you used at checkout and the order appears in your account.
If you left the payment page without paying, there is nothing to cancel — the order is released automatically within about 30 minutes.
I Trust Mobile may cancel an order if the device becomes unavailable, payment verification fails, the pincode is unserviceable or fraud is suspected. Anything collected is then refunded in full.
