Refund policy

Mobile retail — wallet refunds

No cash refunds

All approved refunds are processed as I Trust Mobile wallet credit.

We do not offer cash withdrawals, UPI/bank payouts, or wallet transfers between accounts. Credit can be used on I Trust Mobile purchases of smartphones and accessories.

Approved refund value

DOA / defective returns receive the approved refund amount:

Credited to your I Trust Mobile wallet

Example: If a ₹15,999 phone refund is approved, ₹15,999 is credited to your wallet. Shipping or COD fees are handled as stated at approval.

Credit validity

Store credit validity depends on the refund type.

· Standard approved refunds: typically 30 days
· Severe defects / shipping failures: up to 60 days when stated at issue
· Credit cannot be extended after expiry

How it works

After we verify your DOA or defect claim (unboxing video + product check as needed)

Credit issued

Your approved amount is credited to your I Trust Mobile wallet / store credit coupon

Apply the credit on your next order of phones or accessories

Important notes

·Wallet credit is non-transferable, account-bound, and cannot be withdrawn
·Credit cannot be combined with bargain discounts unless we state otherwise
·If order total is less than credit amount, remaining balance may be forfeited per coupon rules
·Credit applies to product value; shipping and COD fees are calculated separately

Why wallet credit instead of cash?

Wallet credit keeps high-value mobile refunds secure, account-tied, and immediate — only usable within I Trust Mobile, never transferable or withdrawable.
